- Egg - 2 Pieces
- Sugar - 1 Glass
- Sour cream - 6 Art. spoons (with a slide)
- Flour - 1 Glass
- Baking powder - 10 Grams
- Poppy - 1 Art. the spoon
- Vanillin - 1 Gram
- Kiwi - 3-5 Pieces

How to make Kiwi Cupcake

Prepare all ingredients.

Combine eggs, sugar, vanillin and beat well.

Add sour cream. Whisk everything again.

Add flour and baking powder. Stir everything until smooth.

Add the poppy.

The dough is ready.

Peel the kiwi and cut into strips. Place in a single layer in a greased baking dish.

Pour the dough over the top. Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for about 35-40 minutes.

Kiwi cupcake is ready. Let it cool slightly, then cut into portions, turn the filling up and serve.

If desired, sprinkle with powdered sugar on top. Enjoy your meal!

The amount of ingredients is indicated for a mold with a diameter of about 27-29 cm. For a smaller mold, reduce the amount of ingredients by half.
