How to cook "Salad with Brussels sprouts and tomatoes"

Prepare all ingredients.

Rinse the greens, then dry. Transfer to a bowl.

Cut the tomatoes into quarters and the olives into rings.

Boil Brussels sprouts in salted water for 5 minutes. Cut in half.

Season the salad with lemon juice and olive oil. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Stir.
