- Chicken egg - 2 Pieces (1 piece - in the dough, 1 piece - for greasing the buns)
- Curd - 150 Grams
- Wheat flour - 450 grams
- Salt - 1/4 Teaspoon
How to make "Curd Cinnamon Buns"
Prepare the ingredients for making buns.
Place live yeast in a bowl.
Pour in warm milk.
Add egg, salt and sugar.
Pour in melted butter.
Pour the sifted flour into a bowl.
Knead an elastic dough that sticks a little to your hands. Cover the bowl with a towel and place in a warm place.
After one and a half to two hours, the dough will increase in volume and will be ready for making buns.
Pound the dough and roll it into a layer 0.5 centimeters thick. Brush with mild butter.
Sprinkle a layer of dough with a mixture of sugar and cinnamon, lay out the cottage cheese.
Spread the curd evenly over the dough.
Roll the dough with cottage cheese, cinnamon and sugar into a roll.

Cut the roll with a sharp knife into buns 3-4 centimeters wide.
Place the buns in a mold and place in a warm place for 25-30 minutes to proof.
Then grease the buns with a beaten egg and send to the oven, preheated to 175-180 degrees.
