In the classic version, this pie is made on the basis of eggs, beaten into a thick foam, sugar and flour. Sponge dough, although famous for its taste, contains wheat flour and sugar. If you replace wheat flour with whole grain, and sugar with stevia, then charlotte can become a real healthy dessert.

How to cook "PP Charlotte"
Prepare all the ingredients you need.
Beat the eggs into a deep bowl.
Add fructose and beat well.
Add sifted whole grain flour, knead the dough.
Peel the apples, core them and cut into small wedges.
Take a baking dish and place the sliced apples on the bottom.
Pour the prepared dough on top and send to the oven preheated to 180 degrees for 30 minutes.
Remove the cake from the oven and let cool slightly.
