- Water - 300-350 Milliliters
- Vanilla extract - 1-2 drops
- Cocoa powder - 1-2 Teaspoons

How to make Vegan Chocolate Milk

Prepare all ingredients.

Soak the nuts in water for a couple of hours. Then drain the water and rinse the nuts.

Transfer the nuts to a blender bowl and cover with clean water. Grind for 1-2 minutes at high speed.

Strain the resulting liquid through a sieve or cheesecloth.

Pour the nut milk back into the blender, add cocoa powder, pitted dates and vanilla extract. Whisk until smooth.
