- Canned fish - 1 Bank (in oil)
- Potatoes - 3-4 Pieces (cooked in a peel)
- Carrots - 1 Piece (boiled)
- Egg - 2 Pieces
- Semolina - 2 tbsp. spoons
- Vegetable oil - To taste (for frying)
- Salt - To taste
- Ground black pepper - To taste

How to cook "Canned Food Cutlets with Potatoes"

Prepare all ingredients. Boil potatoes and carrots in advance and refrigerate.

Peel and grate potatoes.

Add grated carrots.

Drain the oil from the canned food, remove the bones, mash the fish with a fork and add to the vegetables.

Add semolina and eggs here. Season everything with salt and pepper to taste.

Mix well.

Shape into flat patties with your hands.

Then fry in a pan on both sides until golden brown.
