How to make "Noodles with Hazelnut Sauce"

Prepare all ingredients.

Boil the noodles according to the instructions.

For the sauce, whisk the peanut butter with water, Jerusalem artichoke syrup, lime juice, garlic, ginger and miso paste until smooth.

Grate carrots for Korean carrots. Saute the carrots over medium heat until soft.

Mix noodles with peanut sauce. Coarsely chop the parsley. Combine with carrots in a pan and simmer everything together for a couple of minutes.
