Ingredients:
- Wheat flour - 280 grams
- Flaxseed flour - 70 Grams
- Dry yeast - 1.5 Teaspoons
- Sesame seeds - 1 Teaspoon (for sprinkling)
- Sunflower seeds - 1 Teaspoon
- Flaxseeds - 1 Teaspoon
- Water - 250 Milliliters (warm)
- Vegetable oil - 3 tbsp. spoons
- Salt - 1/2 Teaspoon
- Sugar - 1.5 Teaspoons

How to make Linseed Buns

Prepare all ingredients.

Combine wheat and flaxseed flour with yeast.

Dissolve salt and sugar in warm water. Add vegetable oil.

Combine dry ingredients with liquid ingredients, knead the dough. Cover the bowl with cling film and store in a warm place for 1.5 hours.

Put the resulting dough on a floured surface. Divide the dough into 8 rolls. Cover them with a clean towel and let rise for 20 minutes.

Make criss-cross cuts on the buns. Dilute 1 tsp. flour in 1 tbsp. water.

Brush the buns with the mixture. Sprinkle with sunflower seeds. Bake in an oven preheated to 190 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
