How to make "Sour cream jelly with banana"

Prepare the required ingredients.

Soak gelatin in 100 ml. cold water and leave to swell. On average, this takes 30 to 40 minutes.

Take a bowl, pour sour cream into it and add sugar. Whisk.

Dissolve the swollen gelatin over low heat, not boiling. Add the gelatin solution to the whipped sour cream with sugar. Whisk again until fluffy.
