How to cook "Omelet on fermented baked milk"
Prepare the indicated ingredients.
Drive chicken eggs into a deep container, pour in fermented baked milk, add 1-2 pinches of salt. Whisk everything thoroughly.
Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan, pour in the egg mass, and immediately put the bacon or sausage slices into it.
Rinse green onion stalks, chop and sprinkle omelet on top until stiff. Fry the dish for about 3-5 minutes, depending on the width of the pan. If it is small in diameter, then be sure to cover the container with a lid and reduce the heat to minimum.
As soon as all the egg mass becomes dense, turn off the heat - the omelet is completely ready.
Cut it in half and place on a plate, serve with sliced radishes, sauces, toast and aromatic tea.
