How to make an Irish Breakfast
Prepare the indicated ingredients. They can be supplemented with blood sausage, offal pates, etc.
Preheat a skillet and fry raw or smoked-salted bacon, sausages on both sides in it. Remove the meat products onto a plate, but do not wash the pan!
Pour in a little vegetable oil and beat the chicken eggs into the pan, fry them on moderate heat for about 2-3 minutes, so that the white becomes dense and the yolk remains liquid - fried eggs. Salt after turning off the heat.
Put the beans in tomato sauce, potato bread on a plate. Rinse tomato, core and cut into rings, add to beans.
Place 2 egg fried eggs, toasted sausages and bacon on a plate.
When serving, sprinkle with chopped green onions and serve hot!
