Prepare all the ingredients you need to make homemade noodles in a bread maker.

Pour water into the bowl of the bread maker, beat in the eggs.

Sift flour through a fine sieve into a bowl with eggs and water, add salt.

Place the bowl in the bread maker, close the lid and turn on the "Kneading dough" or "Dumplings" mode. After the blades start working, wait 15 minutes and turn off.

Remove the dough from the bowl of the bread machine and place in a plastic bag. Refrigerate for 20 minutes. Our homemade noodle dough in the bread maker is ready.

Remove the dough from the refrigerator, divide it into several pieces, and roll each piece out thinly. Cut the dough into strips, stack and slice into thin noodles.
