How to cook "Blonde" Salad with Chips "
Prepare all the ingredients for making the salad.
Peel and chop the potatoes with a Korean carrot grater. Rinse starch thoroughly in running water.
Dry the sliced potatoes with a paper or plain cotton tea towel. Pour refined sunflower oil into a heavy-bottomed saucepan and heat it well.
