In this recipe, I used mushrooms fried with onions, but you can replace them with pickled ones. In general, it turns out very tasty! Such a salad will certainly become a decoration of any festive table!

- Carrots - 1 Piece (boiled)
- Egg - 4 Pieces (boiled)
- Mushrooms - 200 Grams (I have champignons)
- Saury in oil - 1 Can (any other canned food is possible)
- Onion - 1 Piece
- Vegetable oil - 2 Tbsp. spoons
- Mayonnaise - To taste
- Salt - To taste
How to cook "Mimosa salad with mushrooms"
Prepare all ingredients. Boil eggs and carrots in advance and refrigerate.
Cut the onion into cubes and fry until soft in vegetable or butter. Add the chopped mushrooms and cook together until the liquid evaporates.
Peel eggs and carrots.
Mash the fish with a fork, after draining the oil and removing the large bones.
Lay the salad on a plate in layers. Add salt to your liking. Place the fish in the first layer.
Put the mushrooms fried with onions in the next layer.
Grease a layer with mayonnaise and evenly distribute the grated carrots on a coarse grater.
Brush the carrots with mayonnaise and add the grated egg whites.
Then again mayonnaise and decorate the salad with yolks grated on a fine grater.
Mimosa salad with mushrooms is ready. Enjoy your meal!
