- Chicken Egg - 2 Pieces (boiled)
- Mustard mayonnaise - 1.5 Art. spoons (lean)
- Green onions - 3-4 Pieces (stem)
- Salt - 2 Pinches
- Ground black pepper - 1 Pinch

How to make Avocado Celery Salad

Prepare the indicated ingredients. Boil chicken eggs in advance for 12-15 minutes and cool in ice water.

Rinse celery stalks, cut into slices and place on a plate.

Peel boiled chicken eggs from the shell and rinse them in water. Cut into 4-6 pieces and place on a plate. Season the slices with salt and pepper. Eggs are a by-product, so you can make an omelet with them and cut them into pieces, or use boiled eggs.

Peel the avocado, cut in half, remove the pit. Cut the flesh into slices and place on a plate. To keep it from darkening, you can sprinkle it with lemon juice.

Lay out mayonnaise of any fat content and any flavor you like, in a chaotic manner.

Rinse green onion stalks, chop and sprinkle lettuce on top. Pickled white onions or red (sweet) onions can be used.

Decorate the salad to your liking and serve immediately after cooking.
