How to cook "Belarusian dumplings"
Prepare all the ingredients you need.
Wash the potatoes under running water, peel, finely grate and remove excess liquid.
Combine potatoes with salt and flour. You should have a fairly dense dough.
Add spices to the minced meat.
Separate a small part of the mass with wet hands, mash in the form of a plate, put the minced meat in the center and secure in the form of a ball.
Dip the dumplings upside down in flour and place on a dry board. This way, blind all the dumplings.
Put the dumplings in salted and boiling water, cook for 10-15 minutes.
