How to make Coffee Panna Cotta
Prepare all ingredients.
Pour the cream into a thick-bottomed ladle and bring to a boil.
Add sugar, stir until it is completely dissolved.
Melt the chocolate in a water bath. Add a small portion of hot cream to it, stir. Then pour the chocolate into a scoop with the rest of the cream. Mix well.
Add coffee. Stir well.
Soak gelatin in a little water, then pour into a ladle. Stir. Boil for 1 minute.
Pour the resulting liquid into molds. Refrigerate for 3-4 hours.
