How to make Orange Juice Cupcake

Prepare all ingredients.

Remove the zest from the oranges and squeeze out the juice, we need 150 ml. A little zest can be left for garnish.

Whisk the whites with a pinch of salt until a white foam appears, then add 1 tbsp. sugar (of the total) and beat again until stable peaks.

Whisk the yolks with the remaining sugar and vanilla.

Add zest and 75 ml. juice from the total.

Stir. Add 150 grams of flour and baking powder.

Whisk and add 50 ml. oils.

Whisk everything again and add the remaining juice and remaining oil.

Stir and add the rest of the flour.

Beat the dough until smooth and add the beaten egg whites in two steps.

Use a spatula to stir the dough in a gentle up-and-down motion.

Grease a baking dish with butter, sprinkle the bottom and sides with flour or semolina and pour out the dough. Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for about 40 minutes.

Orange juice cupcake is ready. Let it cool and then sprinkle with powdered sugar or icing.
