- Round rice - 150 Grams
- Onion - 1 Piece
- Champignons - 150 Grams
- Butter - 50 grams
- White wine - 100 Milliliters
- Chicken broth - 300 Milliliters
- Ground turmeric - 1 pinch

How to make "Risotto with wine"

Prepare the ingredients for making the risotto.

Peel, wash and finely chop the onions. Place in a skillet or stewpan.

Add butter.

Stir the onion for 7-8 minutes.

Then add the chopped champignons.

Fry the onions with mushrooms for another 5-6 minutes.

Add pre-washed rice.

Fry rice with onions and mushrooms for 3-4 minutes, stirring. Then pour in the wine.

Pour in half the chicken stock.

Season with salt to taste, add a pinch of turmeric.

Cook risotto by adding chicken stock and stirring. The rice should soften and increase in volume. The broth with wine should evaporate. If the liquid has evaporated, and the rice has not yet cooked, then add more broth.

The wine risotto is ready. When serving, sprinkle with grated cheese and herbs.
