- Buckwheat - 300 grams (boiled)
- Cabbage - 120 Grams (fresh)
- Chicken eggs - 1 Piece
- Wheat flour - 2-3 st. spoons
- Vegetable oil - 3 tbsp. spoons
- Salt - To taste
- Pepper - To taste
- Dry Garlic - To taste

How to cook "Buckwheat and Cabbage Cutlets"

Prepare your ingredients.

Put the buckwheat in a blender, chop it.

Chop the cabbage randomly, transfer to a bowl, also beat in an egg.

Chop the cabbage until smooth.

Combine buckwheat and cabbage, add salt, pepper and garlic.

Add flour.

Stir all ingredients.

Fry the cutlets for 4-5 minutes on each side.

Buckwheat and cabbage cutlets are ready. Enjoy your meal!
