If you don't have one, just replace it with baked or fresh peppers. Shish kebab can be taken from any meat, but it is most delicious from the pork neck.

- Onion - 50 Grams

- Vegetable oil - 1 tbsp. the spoon
- Potatoes - 2 Pieces
- Greens - 1 Bunch
- Water - 1 Liter

How to cook "Shish kebab soup"

Prepare all the ingredients you need to make the kebab soup.

Pour water into a saucepan, put on medium heat and bring to a boil. Cut the kebab into pieces and put in a saucepan. Bring to a boil and season with salt.

Peel, wash and cut the potatoes into medium cubes. Add to a saucepan with kebabs, bring to a boil and cook for 6-8 minutes.

Peel carrots and onions, cut and place in a blender bowl. Pour in vegetable oil and punch everything until smooth.

Add the bell pepper paste and punch again until smooth.

Add the vegetable mixture to the soup pot and cook for another 7 minutes.

Rinse and dry the greens, chop finely. Pepper the soup, add chopped herbs, stir. Bring the soup to a boil and remove immediately. Let it brew for 10 minutes and serve.
