Making meatballs with rice without gravy is very simple. A great option for a hearty lunch or a quick dinner. You can choose any garnish or just serve meatballs with fresh vegetables. I have minced pork and beef, but you can take any of your choice.

Ingredients:
- Minced meat - 500 grams
- Rice - 200 grams (boiled)
- Onion - 1 Piece
- Egg - 1 Piece
- Salt - To taste
- Spices - To taste
- Vegetable oil - To taste

How to cook "Meatballs with rice without gravy"

Prepare all ingredients.

Boil rice in salted water until half cooked.

Transfer the minced meat to a deep bowl.

Add finely diced onion, boiled rice, egg, salt and spices to taste.

Mix everything well.

Shape the minced meat into small balls.

Transfer the "koloboks" to a frying pan hot with oil and fry over high heat on both sides until golden brown.

Then rinse the pan, wipe dry and return all the meatballs back. Pour in some water, cover the pan with a lid and simmer the meatballs over low heat for about 10-15 minutes.
