Of course this is not real kharcho, but it turns out very tasty. Perfectly saves time when you need to feed the whole family satisfyingly. Take note of the recipe!

Ingredients:
- Stew - 1 Bank (lamb or beef)
- Potatoes - 4-5 Pieces
- Carrots - 1 Piece
- Onion - 1 Piece
- Tomato paste - 1.5 tbsp. spoons (or tomatoes)
- Rice - 1/3 Cup
- Bay leaf - 2-3 pieces
- Garlic - 3-4 Cloves
- Hops-suneli - 1/2 Teaspoon
- Sugar - 1 Teaspoon
- Vegetable oil - 3 Tbsp. spoons
- Salt - To taste
- Ground pepper - To taste (red or black)
- Greens - To taste (cilantro, parsley, dill)
Servings: 6-8
How to cook "Kharcho soup with stew"

Prepare all ingredients.

Cut the potatoes into cubes.

Rinse the rice well.

Put water on the stove, bring to a boil, add the stew.

When the stewed water boils, add the potatoes, rice and bay leaf.

While the potatoes and rice are cooking, stir fry. Heat oil in a skillet, add grated carrots and diced onions.

Saute the vegetables until soft. Add seasoning, tomato paste and sugar.

Fry everything together for a couple more minutes.

Add the stir-fry to the soup, salt to taste and cook together until the potatoes and rice are cooked through.

Add chopped garlic and chopped herbs at the very end.

Kharcho soup with stew is ready. Enjoy your meal!
Chef's advice:
Since the original soup is made from lamb, I took the beef stew. You can use the one in the house.
