Cooking description:
For cooking, we use all the vegetables, as for ordinary okroshka. You can fill such okroshka with any fermented milk product, it will be delicious with light kefir or ayran. Do not spare greens, the more of it, the tastier. Fry the shrimps separately with spices and add to the okroshka just before serving.

Ingredients:
- Potatoes - 1 Piece
- Cucumbers - 1 Piece
- Chicken eggs - 1 Piece
- Shrimps - 5-6 Pieces (large)
- Green onions - 20 Grams
- Dill - 20 Grams
- Kefir - 300 Milliliters
- Sour cream - 2 tbsp. spoons
- Water - 70-100 Milliliters (or whey)
- Vegetable oil - 1 tbsp. the spoon
- Salt - To taste
- Pepper - To taste
- Citric Acid - To taste
- Dry Garlic - To taste
- Spices - To taste (for seafood)

How to cook "Okroshka with shrimps"

Prepare your ingredients. Boil the potatoes and egg in advance.

Peel and cut the potatoes into small cubes. Transfer the potatoes to a deep bowl.

Rinse and dry the fresh cucumber, cut into small cubes, transfer the cucumber to a container.

Next, peel the chicken egg, cut into small cubes and add to the rest of the ingredients.

Rinse and finely chop the dill and green onions. Add herbs to a common bowl.

Season okroshka with water and sour cream, add a little water or whey, salt, pepper and citric acid.

Fry the shrimps with the addition of spices.

Transfer okroshka to a plate, add shrimp and serve.
