I usually cool the finished bread on a wire rack or just on the table. I don't cover it with anything. When it cools, a crispy crust forms on the outside.

How to cook "Bread with live yeast in a bread maker"
Prepare the required ingredients for making bread. Heat kefir until warm. Sift the flour through a sieve to saturate it with oxygen.
Dissolve the yeast in warm kefir.
Pour kefir with yeast into the bowl of the bread machine. Add melted butter and sugar.
Then pour in the vegetable oil and add the egg.
Add all the flour and place the bowl in the bread maker. Turn on main mode. It lasts for me 3 hours. The crust color is medium, weight 1000 grams.
In the process of kneading, such a bun will be formed.
Remove the finished bread from the bowl of the bread machine and cool.
Warm bread is very tasty to serve with milk. Enjoy your meal!
