- Egg White - 6 Pieces
- Sugar - 250 Grams
- Flour - 160 Grams
- Starch - 1 tbsp. the spoon
- Baking Dough - 1 Teaspoon
- Butter - 100 grams
- Chocolate - To taste (optional)

How to make a "Protein Cupcake"

Prepare all ingredients.

Melt the butter and let cool.

Combine flour, baking powder, starch and sift everything into a deep bowl.

Add sugar.

In a separate bowl, beat the egg whites with 2 tablespoons. sugar (from the total).

Pour the dry ingredients mixture into the whipped egg whites in three portions.

Then add the oil.

At this point, I wanted to add chopped chocolate. You can skip this moment or add something of your own.

Mix everything until smooth. The dough is ready.

Grease a baking dish with butter. Sprinkle the bottom and sides with flour or semolina and pour out the dough. Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for about 40-50 minutes.

The egg whites are ready.
