How to cook "Salad" Snowdrifts "with chicken"

Prepare the ingredients for the salad.

Boil the potatoes in their skins in salted water. Refrigerate, peel and grate. Place in the first layer on a large plate.

Brush the potatoes with mayonnaise.

Boil the carrots, cool and also grate. Put on potatoes, brush with mayonnaise.
