How to cook "Caprice" salad with chicken and mushrooms "

Prepare all ingredients. Boil the chicken in salted water. Boil the carrots and eggs.

Cut the onion into cubes and fry until soft. Then add the chopped mushrooms and cook together until the liquid evaporates.

Cut chicken fillet into small pieces or disassemble into fibers.

Add mushrooms fried with onions.

Peel and dice the eggs.

Cut the boiled carrots into approximately the same cubes.
