A delicious snack is prepared in a few minutes. You can take it with you on the road, to work, or to a picnic. Egg sandwich can be served with a hot first course or cold okroshka, beetroot. Do not forget about sauces, pickles, various preservation.

Ingredients:
- Chicken Egg - 2 Pieces (boiled)
- Green onions - 1-2 Pieces (stem)
- Salt - 1 Pinch
- Mayonnaise - 1 Tbsp. spoon (any fat content)
- Bread - 2 Pieces (slices)
- Vegetable oil - 1 tbsp. the spoon

How to make an Egg Sandwich

Prepare the indicated ingredients. Boil chicken eggs in advance and cool.

Fry slices of bread on both sides until golden brown in a frying pan in vegetable oil. Oil can be omitted if desired.

Peel the eggs, rinse in water and cut into small cubes, pour into a deep container. Rinse and chop the green onion stalks. Add to container.

Put mayonnaise of any fat content, mix, salt.

Spread the egg salad tightly on top of a slice of toasted bread.

Cover with a second slice, secure with two toothpicks around the edges. Cut in half diagonally.

Serve immediately after brewing with aromatic tea or coffee.
