How to cook "Belyashi with potatoes in a pan"

Prepare all ingredients.

Combine warm water, salt, sugar and yeast in a deep bowl.

Add 10 tablespoons. flour and mix everything to get a homogeneous consistency.

Sprinkle 2 tablespoons of flour on the surface of the table and put the dough on it. Gradually adding the remaining flour, knead the airy dough. Flour may take a little more than indicated in the recipe, but try not to make the dough heavier. The less flour you add, the fluffier the dough will be.

Then add vegetable oil and knead the dough again. Collect it in a ball, transfer to a bowl, cover with a towel and leave in a warm place until it rises.

Meanwhile, cut the potatoes and cover with water. Add salt and cook until cooked through.

Mash the finished potatoes in mashed potatoes. Since we will not add milk and butter, do not drain all the potato broth. Add greens.

In an hour and a half, the dough will be ready. Mash it up again.

Then, pinching off the pieces from the dough, form small balls. Depending on the size of the whites, it comes out from 8 to 14 pieces.

Roll each piece in a circle with a rolling pin and place the filling in the center.

Pinch the edges in a circle and fold the seam down.

Cover the whites with a towel and leave for 15 minutes, then fry in a large amount of vegetable oil on both sides until golden brown.

Belyashi with potatoes are ready. Enjoy your meal!
