How to make "Gingerbread"

Let's prepare the ingredients.

Pour sugar into a bowl, add soft butter. We mix.

Drive in the egg and mix well.

Add the tincture.

Pour in ground spices.

Add flour and slaked soda. Knead the dough.

Cover the baking sheet with baking paper. Roll the portions of the dough into balls, put on a baking sheet and press lightly. We bake at a temperature of 180-190 degrees for about 15 minutes.
