- Kefir - 150 Milliliters (any fat content)
- Wheat flour - 250 grams
- Cherry tomatoes - 4-5 Pieces
- Cheese - 80 Grams (hard)
- Mayonnaise - 2 Tbsp. spoons
- Vegetable oil - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - 2 Pinches
- Mix Greens - 30 Grams (spinach, arugula, beet greens, parsley)
How to cook "Pizza" Salad "
Prepare the indicated ingredients.
Pour kefir into a deep container. Add a couple of pinches of salt, vegetable oil, add wheat flour. Knead the dough.
Cover it with a plastic wrap or bag and leave it alone for 15 minutes to activate the gluten.
Roll out the dough into a round layer. Sprinkle a baking sheet with flour and place the layer on the baking sheet. Form the bumpers. Brush the dough with mayonnaise, leaving a little sauce to garnish the salad.
Sprinkle with half of the grated cheese. Place the cake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees and bake for 10-12 minutes until golden brown. Then remove and cool.
Rinse the greenery mix, pat dry with paper towels. Place on a baked tortilla.
Rinse the cherry tomatoes, cut them into slices and place on a layer of greenery.
Sprinkle with grated cheese, garnish with the remaining mayonnaise, season with salt and pepper, serve.
