Ingredients:

  • Flour - 150 Grams
  • Egg - 1/2 Piece (beat and divide)
  • Vegetable oil - 1 tbsp. the spoon
  • Water - 60 Milliliters
  • Fish fillet - 400 grams (I have pink salmon)
  • Spinach - 150 Grams
  • Cheese - 150 Grams
  • Onion - 1 Piece
  • Rusks - 2 tbsp. spoons (for breading)
  • Butter - 30 Grams
  • Salt - To taste
  • Ground black pepper - To taste
  • Egg yolk - 1 Piece (for greasing before baking)

Prepare all ingredients.

Sift the flour into a deep bowl.

Add egg, vegetable oil, water and 0.5 tsp. salt.

Mix everything and knead the dough. It may take a little more flour, the finished dough should not stick to your hands and at the same time should remain soft and elastic. Gather the dough into a ball, wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

Cut the onion into cubes and fry until soft in butter. Add spinach and cook everything together for a couple of minutes. If you have frozen spinach, then squeeze it first.
