How to cook "Manti with Turkey"

Prepare the required ingredients.

Make the dough. Pour water into a bowl, add an egg, salt. Stir with a fork.

Add flour, add a tablespoon of butter and knead the dough.

The dough should be soft and firm. Cover it with a damp towel and refrigerate.

Prepare the minced meat. To do this, pass the peeled onions through a meat grinder with a medium wire rack.

Pass the turkey thigh meat to the onion through a coarse grinder. Remove all possible bones first.

Mix the onion and turkey meat, season with salt and black pepper to taste. Leave for 15 minutes at room temperature.

Remove the dough from the refrigerator. Roll into a roller and divide into equal pieces. The size of the pieces is slightly smaller than a walnut.

Roll each piece into a thin cake.

Put 1.5 tablespoons on the tortilla. minced meat.

Shape the manti. First, join the opposite sides over the minced meat. Thus forming a square.

Pour 50 ml into a cup. vegetable oil. Dip each mant in the bottom of the oil.
