- Sunflower oil - 200 Milliliters (refined)

How to make Chicken and Potato Strips Salad

Prepare the ingredients for the salad.

Prepare potato strips. To do this, peel and grate the potatoes for Korean carrots. Then wash well in water, removing the starch.

Place the potatoes on a paper towel and pat dry well.

Pour the sunflower oil into a heavy-bottomed saucepan or similar skillet. Heat the oil well. Put the potatoes in small portions in boiling oil. Immediately there will be a very strong boil, but after a few minutes the foam will subside and then the potatoes will be evenly fried in oil. Each serving will take about 6-7 minutes on a slightly less than medium heat. Place the prepared straws on a paper towel to remove excess fat.

Place the chopped boiled chicken in a bowl.

Cut the cucumber into strips and add to the chicken.

Cut the tomato, remove the seeds. Only the fleshy side of the tomato should remain. Chop it up and put it on the salad.

Grate any hard cheese to taste and add to the salad.

Add chopped garlic and mayonnaise.

Season the salad to taste and stir.

Place the salad in a heap on a large plate. Salt the potato strips and place on the salad. Decorate to your liking. Now you can serve it to the table.
