How to make Butter Roll

Prepare the ingredients for making a butter roll.

Place yeast in a bowl or blender bowl.

Add salt, sugar and vanilla sugar.

Crack an egg, add melted butter.

Add the sifted flour.

Knead into a soft, elastic dough and place in a deep bowl. Cover with a towel or cling film. Put in a warm place for an hour and a half. During this time, it will significantly increase in volume.

Divide the dough in two. Roll each part into a layer 0.7-1 cm thick. Grease the dough with jam.

Roll the dough into a roll.

Place the roll in a baking dish. Send to a warm place for 25-30 minutes for proofing.

Then brush the roll with an egg. Bake in an oven preheated to 175-180 degrees for 40-45 minutes.

From the second part of the dough, I prepared a roll of a different shape. Divided the dough into two parts. Each was rolled into a long layer, which she smeared with jam and rolled up with a tourniquet. Then she intertwined these bundles.

Butter roll is ready. Can be served with tea.
