Add carrots, onions and some spices to your hedgehogs to taste. The combination of tomato, mustard and soy sauce will appeal to many. Ingredients:
- Minced meat - 300 grams
- Carrots - 80 Grams
- Onions - 70 Grams
- Wheat flour - 80 grams
- Tomato Sauce - 180 Milliliters
- Soy Sauce - 50 Milliliters
- Mustard - 1 Teaspoon
- Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp. spoons
- Salt - To taste
- Pepper - To taste

How to cook "Hedgehogs" without rice "

Prepare the required ingredients.

Peel the onions and carrots. Rinse the vegetables, cut the onion into cubes or half rings. Grate the carrots on a medium grater.

Heat some oil in a frying pan, transfer onions and carrots. Roast vegetables for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Add fried onions and carrots to a bowl of minced meat.

Mix everything thoroughly, add salt and ground pepper to your liking.

Form small balls. Dip the blanks in flour.

Fry the hedgehogs on all sides until golden brown for 4-5 minutes.

Pour the sauce over everything. To do this, combine mustard, tomato and soy sauce. Simmer the hedgehogs in the sauce for 25 minutes. Then serve the dish to the table.
