How to cook "Colored eggs with onion skins (brown)"

Prepare all the ingredients you need. Please note, we need raw eggs, we will cook them directly in the husk. The husks I start to collect a few weeks before Easter, and then I have an almost full package of husks suitable for coloring eggs.

Put the husk in a saucepan, cover with water, add salt, vinegar and bring to a boil. Boil the husk for 10-15 minutes.

While the husk is cooking, prepare the eggs. In fact, you can skip this and leave it as it is. I decided to make a pattern on the eggs using paper tape, but I did not take into account that when boiling, the liquid would saturate the scotch tape, and the pattern would turn out to be heterogeneous. Therefore, I advise you to use duct tape or scotch tape to create patterns.

The husk has boiled, the water has become rich brown.

Send the eggs to the pan and cook for 7-10 minutes, depending on how thick you want the egg to be. Please note that the longer the eggs are boiled, the more saturated in color they will turn out.

Dyed eggs with onion skins (brown) are ready.
