- Wheat flour - 200 grams
- Salt - 1 Teaspoon
- Baking powder - 1 teaspoon

How to cook "Irish scones"

Prepare all ingredients.

Peel the potatoes, then boil in salted water.

Drain and mash with a fork.

Sift flour with baking powder, add a pinch of salt.

Then add the chopped butter into cubes, crush it into crumbs and flour.

Add mashed potatoes, stir. Then add milk and stir the dough again.

Wrap the dough in foil and refrigerate for half an hour.

Roll out the dough 5-7 mm thick. Divide into triangles with a knife.

Fry in oil over low heat until golden brown on both sides.
