- Butter - 150 Grams
- Sugar - 170 Grams
- Egg - 3 Pieces
- Milk - 70 Milliliters
- Lemon juice - 1 Tbsp. the spoon
- Vanillin - 1 Gram
- Flour - 270 Grams
- Baking dough - 10 grams
- Apples - 1 Piece
- Bananas - 2 Pieces

How to make "Fruitcake"

Prepare all ingredients. Soften the butter at room temperature beforehand.

Whisk soft butter with sugar and vanilla.

Add eggs, one at a time, beating well each time.

Then add milk.

Mix everything, add lemon juice, flour and baking powder.

Stir the dough until smooth, add the chopped fruit.

Stir everything gently with a spatula, being careful not to damage the fruit.

Transfer the dough to a greased baking dish. Sprinkle the bottom and sides with semolina. Bake in the oven at 180 degrees until golden brown.

The fruitcake is ready. Let it cool slightly, then carefully remove. Sprinkle with powdered sugar if desired.
