How to cook "Glaze on kefir"

Prepare all ingredients.

Pour the kefir into a small saucepan.

Add butter, sugar and cocoa.

Over low heat, stirring continuously, bring the resulting mass until thick.

The glaze on kefir is ready. The glaze comes out quite thick, but the consistency largely depends on the quality of the cocoa. During the cooking process, if it seems to you that the icing needs to thicken, then simply add cocoa. If you need to make the mixture thinner, then just dilute the glaze with kefir.
