Improvisation on the theme of lagman, as this dish will use noodles, vegetables and meat, or rather meatballs. Cooking lagman with meatballs is quite simple and the whole process does not take much time. You can take any minced meat, feel free to combine vegetables to your liking. The result is a nutritious, healthy and delicious meal for the whole family.

Ingredients:
- Minced meat - 400 gram
- Onion - 2 Pieces
- Carrots - 1 Piece
- Potatoes - 2 Pieces
- Bulgarian pepper - 1 Piece
- Tomato - 1 Piece
- Garlic - 2 Cloves
- Noodles - 250 Grams
- Vegetable oil - 2 Tbsp. spoons
- Greens - To taste
- Salt - To taste
- Ground black pepper - To taste

How to cook "Lagman with meatballs"

Prepare all ingredients.

Combine minced meat and onion grated on a coarse grater. Add salt, ground pepper and mix well.

Form small balls from the finished minced meat.

Pour the oil into a saucepan of a suitable size and place the carrots and onions, cut into half rings, into strips.

Saute the vegetables until soft. Add the tomatoes, cut into wedges and the peppers, cut into strips.

Sauté everything together for a couple more minutes and add the diced potatoes.

Pour in water (the amount of water depends on the desired amount of broth), add salt to taste and bring to a boil.

After boiling, add the meatballs, cook everything together until all ingredients are fully cooked.

At the very end, add garlic chopped with a knife and finely chopped herbs.

Simultaneously boil the noodles in salted water until tender. Then put it in a colander and fill with oil.

Lagman with meatballs is ready. Place a serving of noodles in a plate and top with the broth and meatballs. Enjoy your meal!

The noodles can be substituted for spaghetti or any other pasta.
