How to make Vegetable Soup for Diabetics
Let's prepare the ingredients.
Cut the potatoes into small pieces, three carrots on a grater. We send vegetables to a saucepan with boiling water.
Add finely chopped onions and parsnip root.
After 10 minutes, add thinly shredded cabbage.
Then add celery, salt and herbs. Salt minimum.
Add bell pepper cut into pieces to the soup. We still cook for 7-10 minutes on low heat.
