How to cook "Easter cake with dry yeast"

Prepare your ingredients.

Add 50 grams of sugar and a pinch of salt to warm milk.

Dissolve the softened butter in warm milk.

Pour dry yeast and vanilla sugar into flour, mix.

Beat two eggs into the milk mixture, beat with a mixer.

Add flour mixture and beat again until smooth.

Cover the dough and let it "rise" for 1 hour.

Dip the washed and dried raisins and candied fruits in flour.

Add a mixture of candied fruits and raisins to the dough, gently mix them into the dough.

With wet hands, spread the dough into tins, which must first be greased with butter.

Let the dough stand for 40-60 minutes.

Bake the cakes in the oven for 30 minutes at 180 degrees.

Remove the cakes from the mold before decorating with icing.

Soak the swelling gelatin for 20-30 minutes in two tablespoons of room temperature water.

Put sugar in a saucepan, add 4 tablespoons of water and 1 teaspoon of lemon juice. Put on fire until sugar dissolves.

Add the swollen gelatin to the stewpan and continue stirring, wait until it dissolves, you do not need to boil.

Whisk the syrup on a high speed mixer until whitened. Take your time to apply the icing to the cakes, wait until the icing begins to cool, otherwise it will drain.

Cover the cakes with icing, garnish with sugar sprinkles. Easter cakes are ready and waiting in the wings to please everyone on the bright holiday of Easter.
