- Rice - 100 Grams

- Salt - To taste
- Spices - To taste

Prepare all ingredients.

Transfer the minced meat to a deep bowl.

Add washed rice.

Grate the onion on a coarse grater. Season with salt and spices to taste.

Mix everything well.

Shape the minced meat into small balls.

In a saucepan of a suitable size, melt the butter and lay out the hedgehogs. Pour water so that it covers them about half and simmer over low heat, covered for about 40 minutes.

During this time, all the liquid should almost completely evaporate.

Meanwhile, combine sour cream, tomato paste and flour in a deep bowl. Mix well and pour in hot water (2-2.5 cups). Season with salt to taste.

Pour the prepared sauce over the hedgehogs and simmer for about 20 minutes.
