- Onions - 1/2 Pieces

How to cook "Soy meat dumplings"
Prepare all ingredients.
For dough, mix flour and salt.
Pour in boiling water, knead a homogeneous dough.
Roll the dough into a ball and leave for 10-15 minutes at room temperature.
Cover the soy meat with hot water for 10 minutes. Then rinse in cold water and squeeze out.
Grind the soy texturate with the onion in a meat grinder. Add all the spices and mix well.
Roll out the dough 2-3 mm thick. Cut out the circles.
Place the filling in the center.
Fold the circles in half and pinch the edges.
Boil the dumplings in salted boiling water for about 7-8 minutes after they float.
