Kulich with cognac is a delicious and aromatic homemade pastry for the Easter holiday. Using a traditional set of products from flour, butter, eggs, milk and yeast, you can bake wonderful cakes.

How to cook "Kulich with cognac"
Prepare the ingredients for making a cake with cognac.
Make a dough. Pour yeast into warm milk.
Pour a spoonful of sugar into the dough.
Add a spoonful of flour.
Stir the dough and leave it under a towel for 15-20 minutes to become fluffy.
In the meantime, combine the eggs and the remaining sugar in a bowl.
Pour in the melted non-hot butter.
The dough is ready. She became lush and airy.
Pour the butter and egg mixture into the dough and stir.
Soak the raisins in cognac for 10-15 minutes, then add to the dough.
Add any remaining flour.
Knead a soft dough and leave to rise under a towel for 40 minutes.
The dough has grown and increased 2-3 times.
Crumple the dough and distribute in molds, you can use paper ones. I have 2 paper forms with a volume of 300 grams. Fill out the forms by a third.
Bake the cakes in a preheated oven at 170-180 degrees for 35-40 minutes.
