Cooking meat with pickled mushrooms is very simple; the recipe does not require any special culinary skills. You can take any meat, I have ready-made beef steaks. The meat is tender and juicy thanks to the marinade, and in combination with mushrooms and cheese it is also very tasty! Try it!

- Meat - 2 Pieces (ready-made steaks)
- Pickled mushrooms - 150 Grams (I have champignons)
- Onion - 1 Piece
- Cheese - 60 Grams
- Mayonnaise - 2-3 tbsp. spoons
- Garlic - 2 Cloves
- Vegetable oil - 2-3 tbsp. spoons
- Soy sauce - 3 Tbsp. spoons
- Spices - To taste (for meat)
- Salt - To taste
How to cook "Meat with pickled mushrooms in the oven"
Prepare all ingredients.
Beat the finished steaks with a special hammer on both sides, rub with salt and spices.
Place the steaks in a deep bowl and top with soy sauce. Leave to marinate for 20 minutes.
Cut the onion into cubes or feathers, fry in vegetable oil until soft. Add mushrooms, salt to taste, heat everything together for a couple of minutes.
Grate the cheese on a fine grater, add garlic, mayonnaise or sour cream passed through a press. Mix everything well.
Squeeze the steaks from the marinade. Transfer to a greased baking dish.
Put mushrooms fried with onions on the meat.
Spread the cheese mass over the mushrooms. Bake meat with mushrooms in the oven at 180-200 degrees for about 25-40 minutes, depending on the desired degree of roast.
