- Aquafaba - 1 Glass
- Sugar - 3/4 Cup
- Flour - 2.5 Cups
- Vegetable Oil - 1/2 Cup
- Soda - 1 Teaspoon

- Vanillin - 1 Pinch

How to cook "Aquafaba Biscuit"

Prepare all ingredients.

Pour the aquafaba into a large bowl.

Whisk the bean liquid with a mixer until soft peaks.

Add sugar and vanillin without stopping whisking. Whisk until firm peaks.

Sift flour along with baking soda and salt.

Add vegetable oil and lemon juice, stir.

Add whipped aquafaba, beat with a mixer until smooth.

Transfer the dough to a baking ring. Preheat the oven to 175 degrees and bake the biscuit for 40-50 minutes. Check readiness with a toothpick. The pastry must remain dry when pierced.
