We prepare gingerbread dough on the basis of sugar syrup with butter, cocoa powder and ground spices. This dough is easy to prepare and does not require much effort. There are several types of flour you can use: white wheat, whole grain or oat flour.

- Egg - 1 Piece
- Butter - 100 grams
- Sugar - 60 Grams
- Water - 50 Milliliters
- Tincture - 2 Tbsp. spoons
- Flour - 250-300 Grams
- Cocoa powder - 2 Tbsp. spoons
- Ground cinnamon - 1 teaspoon
- Ground ginger - 1 teaspoon
- Ground nutmeg - 0.5 Teaspoons
- Powdered sugar - 3-4 tbsp. spoons
- Orange juice - 1 Tbsp. spoon (or lemon)
- Soda - 0.5 Teaspoons

How to make "Gingerbread without honey"

Let's prepare the ingredients.

Pour sugar into a saucepan, add water and tincture. We put on fire and, stirring occasionally, heat until the sugar is completely dissolved.

Remove the pan from the heat and add the oil.

Add spices.

Add cocoa and mix everything.

Drive in the egg and mix.

Add flour and slaked soda in small portions. Knead the dough.

Roll the gingerbread dough into a layer 4-5 mm thick. We cut out the gingerbread.

Put the blanks on a baking sheet covered with baking paper. We bake in the oven at 180-190 degrees for 15 minutes.

Add orange or lemon juice to the icing sugar. We mix. Cool the finished gingerbread and cover with glaze.

The gingerbreads are ready. Enjoy your tea!
Chef's advice:
Add flour to the dough in small portions, it should remain soft and elastic.
